Q Will we be charged a cancellation fee?
We will release information about this when it is decided.
Q Are you able to use credit cards?
You are able to. Electronic money is also available.
Q What happens if we are late for our reservation?
It will be canceled after 0:00 pm on the day of the reservation. If by any chance it looks like you will check in past 0:00, please contact us.
Q Can I check in if I arrive earlier than my scheduled arrival time?
Check in is possible any time after 3:00 pm.
Q Is it possible to hold luggage at the front desk before check-in?
Yes, if it is the day of your reservation, we will accept requests to hold luggage before check-in.
Q Is it possible to leave my luggage at the front after checking out?
We can keep your luggage only on the day you check out.
Q Is it possible to go out after you check in?
Yes, it is possible. In that instance, please leave the capsule card key to the front desk.
Q Is there a laundry service? How much does it cost?
Yes, there is a coin laundry. Laundry is 200 JPY. You can use a dryer for 30 minutes for an extra 100 JPY.
Q Are there mobile phone chargers available?
Yes, there is free rental of charging cords so that it can be used in your capsule.
Q Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the hotel.
Q Is there a restaurant? Is it possible to bring food and drink into the hotel?
There is no restaurant. Food and drink can be brought into the hotel, but you are not allowed to eat or drink inside the capsule. There is a refreshment space provided in the lobby in front of reception.
Q Is there a place where I can smoke?
Yes, there is a separate smoking room for people who smoke.
Q What is the size of the capsule?
Standard capsule: 105 cm × 210 cm Wide capsule: 125 cm × 210 cm
Q Can I keep baggage such as suitcases in the capsule?
We have lockers available for suitcases, so feel free to use these. For items that do not fit in the lockers, please see the front desk.
Q Is it possible to mail packages?
Yes, it is possible, depending on the size and contents. Please consult with the front desk.
Q Are there clothes to wear and towels available at the hotel?
Yes. We have free clothes for inside and bath towels available.
Q Is there a place to leave valuable items?
You must manage your valuables yourself. Please feel free to use the locker which has a key.
Q Do you change your capsule if you stay consecutive nights?
The same capsule and lockers are available.
Q In the case of consecutive night stay, do I have to check out once?
Please check out if it passes 12:00 am. You will need to follow the necessary procedures if you continue to use it after that. Please see the front desk.
Q Are women able to stay in the capsules?
Yes. There is an exclusive women's area.
Q Can children stay with their parents?
Even if they are accompanied by a guardian, children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the facilities.
Q Is there a restaurant or a convenience store nearby?
There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Q What kind of amenities are there?
We have prepared razors, toothbrush, cotton swab, hairbrush, hair band, bath towel and face towel.
